Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Sedalia, Warrensburg, Harrisonville, Peculiar, Louisburg, Windsor, Knob Noster, Holden, Adrian, Garden City, La Cygne, Whiteman Air Force Base, Archie, La Monte, Drexel, Linn Valley, Cleveland, Leeton, Urich and Freeman. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
