A strong low pressure system over Foxe Basin is causing strong northerly winds along with falling snow giving reduced visibilities in blowing snow. The blizzard will ease overnight by Sunday morning as winds diminish. ### Travel is expected to be hazardous due to reduced visibility. Blizzard warnings are issued when widespread reduced visibilities of 400 metres or less are expected for at least 6 hours.
