A trough of low pressure over extreme southwest Saskatchewan will bring significant precipitation to the area over the next couple of days. Showers at times heavy with the risk of a thunderstorm or two are expected to continue tonight through Tuesday. Rainfall accumulations of 50-75 mm can be expected by Wednesday morning. Surrounding regions will have lesser rainfall in the 25-50 mm range. ### Heavy downpours can cause flash floods and water pooling on roads. Localized flooding in low-lying areas is possible.
